One Sugarloaf Centre is a four-story, Class A office building, with 110,000 square feet of lease space, located at 1960 Satellite Boulevard in Duluth, at the corner of I-85 and Sugarloaf Parkway.
Offering all the amenities expected in a Class A office building, One Sugarloaf Centre is Gwinnett County’s first Class A spec office venture registered with the U.S. Green Building Council with the intention of pursuing certification under the USGBC’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program.
