Garrard has completed multiple interior projects for North Point totaling over 25,000 square feet. These additions include a children's theatre, resource room, green room, and middle school room. The theatre is an exposed structure with accoustical treatment to walls and ceiling, rear projection screens, and theatrical lighting and sound. North Point continues to partner with Garrard for its continuing construction needs.
