This project consisted of a complete renovation and modernization of a 30,693 sq. ft. structure that was built in 1922 with an addition of 46,187 sq. ft. to the school site. We had to expropriate property, revocate a street and build the addition portion of the school where the street had been. The purchase of surrounding properties had to be negotiated and finalized to allow for the expansion of the existing school. The new school consists of 36 classrooms, state of the art media center and computer lab, and a large multi-purpose area with a stage.
